Spice & Green - Duqqa

Spice & Green is a Leeds-based business run by Mel Hadida in Chapel Allerton. Mel is an absolute magician with spices! We use her spice blends for our savoury bakes when we hold pop-ups at the bakery and highly recommend them all!

Duqqa is a type of savoury Egyptian 'Granola' of sorts. A spiced seed & nut blend, this Duqqa features sunflower seeds in the warmer months and pumpkin seeds in the colder ones. It features earthy and warming ingredients such as cumin, paprika & fennel. Try sprinkling it over yoghurt, roasted veggies or with fish.

 

All of the Spice & Green blends are vegan, gluten free and low (or no) salt.
