• A whole loaf of handmade enriched bread, stuffed with homemade marzipan, rum-soaked mixed fruits and candied peel with almonds for added crunch. The stollen is basted with butter after baking and generously coated in icing sugar. This is lovely fresh, but you can also enjoy days later after warming in the oven, or even slicing and toasting.
